FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS ONLY
I offer services exclusively tailored towards other photographers, helping them achieve painterly images for their clients. Imagine being to share with your clients that you have a notable and trusted in-house artist as a member of your team.
How It Works:
- Image Submission: Submit your full-resolution image.
- Consultation: We'll discuss the color scheme and vision for the final product. I have a curated selection of backgrounds and textures to serve as the painting's base.
- Pricing: The cost varies depending on the complexity of the image (e.g., multiple subjects, composites). You may choose to work with your own vendor for printing, allowing you to control the final product and pricing.
- Process: The turnaround time generally ranges from three weeks to a month, depending on the project's complexity. We can hold Zoom meetings to review the progress and make adjustments. Once complete, you'll receive the digital image with three minor revisions available.
For clients seeking embellished or hand-painted touches of oil paint, there is a higher investment due to the intricate and costly process. This service offers a unique and beautiful addition to any client's package.
Thank you for your interest!
Best,
Irene
Post-Production Editing
Everybody has different levels of experience in post-production. While most people have the experience to do basic editing, there are times you want an edit requiring a higher degree of expertise. My experience in Photoshop and with compositing helps you achieve the vision that you and your client have to create an image that truly stands apart. The rates for editing complex images are $75/hour with a two hour minimum.
TESTIMONIALS
"As photographers, we are always wanting to offer our clients the best photography and products. Sometimes, I like to provide something special in addition to the photography I produce for my clients. Commissioning Irene Bowers to create beautiful paintings from my photos has been very successful. My clients have been overjoyed with receiving the unexpected. Her work is beautiful and absolutely stunning. I highly recommend working with Irene to create memorable and unique portraits for your clients."

"Thank you for the thoroughly professional and throughly enjoyable presentation on the Art of Animal Photography. It was wonderful to see how quickly you put everyone at ease with what can be an intimidating subject. Our members range the full spectrum of little/no Photoshop to expert, and I know we were all inspired and all learned a lot. One member told me that he has wanted to try compositing for years and that now he felt that he could give it a try. I create composites on a regular basis and learned new tools and techniques from you.
Your advice on how to get great shots at the zoo was spot on! I went yesterday morning and am delighted with what I was able to capture.
I really like how you showed us how you turned mediocre shots into incredible fine art. I was particularly impressed with the hard light shot of the elephants, where you turned a throw-away shot into a touching, artful image.
I love your work, and I very much appreciate your excellent presentation breaking down your process into easy to understand steps so that I can create artistic images of my own. Thanks so much for one of the best presentations our South Bay Club has ever had!
